Description

Subject 04 is absent from the original record but present in the floor plans. There are multiple copies of the same incident report, each with a different witness list and one consistent omission: the subject was never alone.

subject 04 was found standing at the end of the hall with a clipboard and a name tag that had never been issued. the room did not remember the subject leaving. the elevator accepted a key that had been lost in 1993. the subject did not leave the floor when the doors opened.
